The Google Translate app now supports using the Conversation Mode and includes the following 12 languages in addition to English and Spanish :

  • Brazilian Portuguese

The Conversation Mode in Google Translate app enables users to communicate with someone from a different language
background. User just has to speak into the mic in his / her language and the app automatically translates it into the language used by the other person and vice-versa. Google Translate Conversation Mode does the translation in real-time. The app also enables users to edit the text before translating it and if

certain apps are not recognized by the program, you can add the words to its dictionary so the app can recognize them the next time.

Seems like the company is following the design guide set for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The app also

boasts of a number of foreign languages along with Esperanto. As per Wikipedia, Esperanto is the world’s most widely spoken constructed language and it’s speakers reside mostly in Northern and Eastern Europe, East Asia and parts of Latin America.
