Steps to Update Official Factory Firmware UEKMM in Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510:
Step-1: Enable USB Debugging in your tab from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”. Make sure to tick the option of USB Debugging.
Download all the tools mentioned in the Must Have section to your computer and extract it. Match the extracted files with the image given below and if a single file is found to be missing check with the downloading and extraction process.
Step-2: Open Odin executable file in your computer and power off your tab to enter into Download mode by pressing Volume Down key and while holding it, simultaneously press Power button. If the device boots into Normal mode then re-try to enter into Download Mode by the same process till you are finally there.
Step-3: When the tab powers on chose the option of “Downloading” and press Power button to enter Download mode. Once you enter into download mode connect your tab to the computer via USB Cable while keeping the ODIN opened. Now the drivers will get installed and ID: COM will turn yellow indicating that you can now proceed to the next step.
Step-4: Click on “PDA” and select the file named as “P7510XABKMN_P7510UEKMM_HOME.tar.md5”. Tap on “Start” to begin the firmware updation pocess after which the device will reboot indicating successful updation. As soon as you see the home screen, power off the tab to enter into Recovery mode.
Step-5: The Recovery Mode can be entered by using by pressing Volume Up key and while holding it, simultaneously press Power button. If the device boots into Normal mode then re-try to enter into Recovery Mode by the same process till you are finally there.
In Recovery mode, select “Wipe data/factory reset” > “Wipe Cache partition” and select “yes” so that both the options are processed.
Thus you can easily update your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510 tab with the default factory firmware by following the steps mentioned above carefully.
