The Boot loader mode can be entered by pressing the Volume Down button + OK button and holding both  press Power button simultaneously. If the device boots into Normal mode then re-try to enter into Boot loader mode till you are finally there.

Step-3: In Boot loader mode select the option of  “Clear Storage” with the help of  Volume down key and press the Power button to clear all data present in your phone. Next select “Recovery” option to enter into Recovery mode. In Recovery mode select the option of  “backup and restore” to back up the current ROM present in your smartphone so that you can bounce back to the original firmware whenever you wish to do so.
