Tap on “Start” to begin the firmware updation process and wait for the process to complete.
Step-5: It will take a couple of minutes for the updation to complete so do not interrupt the process in the middle and if process gets interrupted in any manner then re-start it again from the beginning. After the process completes, it will restart indicating successful completion of the updation process.
Step-6: Power off your device to enter into Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up key and OK button and holding both press Power button simultaneously. In Recovery mode choose the options of “Wipe data/Factory reset” > “Wipe Cache partition” to clear all cache files then choose “Reboot system now” option to restart the phone and enter the language preferences to get back your smartphone into normal mode.
