Steps to Set Nova Launcher as Default Launcher in your ICS Phone:
Step-1: Download all files mentioned in the Must Have section to your computer and connect the phone to the computer via USB Cable. Now copy all the three downloaded files to your phone’s SD Card.
Step-2: After copying is over, disconnect the USB Cable and go to the place where you have kept all the three files. Click on the apk file to install the Nova Launcher and initiate your phone in the Recovery mode. The Recovery mode is different for different devices so you have to use the correct button combinations according to your particular smartphone.
Step-3: As you enter into Recovery mode select the option of “install zip from SD card” > “choose zip from SD Card” then select the Nova Launcher Zip file placed in your phone. It will take less than a minute to update the phone and after the process is complete, choose “++++Go Back++++” > “Reboot system now” option to reboot the device successfully.
