Steps to Update Cyanogen Mod Nightly Build ICS Android 4.0 in Galaxy GIO S5660:

Before proceeding into the updation instructions you need to root your Galaxy GIO and enable USB Debugging in your phone from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”. Make sure to tick the USB Debugging option.

Step-1: Download  ICS 4.0 Nightly Package  (Download Nightly for Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 (3 Mar 2012) File) from the Must Have section to your computer and connect your smartphone to the computer via original USB cable obtained at purchase time. Copy the downloaded zip file to your phone and make sure not to place the file into any sub folders else it wont get detected during Recovery mode.
