If you have recently purchased an HTC Flyer then you can now root your smartphone. Rooting will enable you to customize your phone with various custom ROMs from different country and install other applications that require root access. It also enables you to convert the existing laggy RFS file system to a faster and efficient EXT4 file system. Rooting removes the default system applications.
