Steps to Flash Clockwork Recovery:

Step-1: Download ROM Manager and the Premium Version, if you want to have access to more ROMS and remove ads. Install them on your Android Device.

Step-2: Open ROM Manager and from the main menu tap on Flash ClockworkMod Recovery.

Step-3: You need to confirm your phone’s model. You can Google to find out which model you posses since different models require different version of CWM.

Step-4: Your phone will download and flash CWM then reboot.

If you want to boot into CWM there are two options:

First one is launch ROM Manager then tap on Reboot into Recovery. However this method doesn’t work for Galaxy S II users so you need to opt for the second option that is reboot into CWM manually.

To reboot CWM manually, shut your phone off by holding the Power button. Now you have to press an exact button combination on your phone while it is booting up. For most phones it is Volume Down + Power Key. Galaxy S II requires Volume Up + Home + Power buttons to be pressed while booting up.
